Refund policy

We want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers, and do everything we can to remove any risk of shopping online.

All orders are scheduled for shipment immediately after the order has been placed. We can not cancel an order once it has been scheduled for shipment, so we kindly ask that you please double check your cart before checking out. If a mistake has been made while placing your order, please contact Customer Support at onyxstreetwearco@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request but there is no guarantee that we will be able to process a change.

In the unlikely event an item is damaged during shipping, we will gladly send out a replacement shoe to the original address. We will cover your package if it's lost or stolen during the shipping process by sending out a replacement for a fee of $25. However, we can not refund orders for late delivery.

Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for situations out of our control.

Returns/Exchanges:

If you would like to process a return or an exchange, we must be notified by email through Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in the condition you received them. Once the items arrive at our warehouse, we will send the requested exchange to the original address. Returns will be reimbursed via a discount code.
